Transferred Items Widget

The Transferred Items widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of items that have been transferred within the system during a specified time period based on the current date. Results may be narrowed by location, department/group, or user. Result may be further refined by defining the direction of transfer as from, to, or both directions.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: returns items transferred from/to a location, including sublocations, within a specified time frame.
   • User: returns items transferred from/to a user within a specified time frame.
   • Group: returns items transferred from/to a department/group within a specified time frame.
   • Directionality: Narrows the result to return items transferred from, to, or both directions within a specified time frame.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
