Disposed Items Widget

The Disposed Items widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of items that have been disposed within the system during a specified time period based on the current date. Results may be narrowed by location, department/group, or chemical owner.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: results will only include items in the designated location and its sublocations, at the time of disposal.
   • User: results will only include items belonging to the designated chemical owner at the time of disposal.
   • Department: results will only include items belonging to the designated department and its subgroups at the time of disposal.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
