Expiring Items Widget

The Expiring Items widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of the items that are expired or are expiring within a specified time frame. Results may be filtered by location, chemical owner and/or department/group.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: results will only include items, expired or expiring within the specified time frame, in the designated location and its sublocations.
   • User: results will only include items, expired or expiring within the specified time frame, belonging to the designated chemical owner.
   • Department: results will only include items, expired or expiring within the specified time frame, belonging to the designated group/department.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
