Catalog entries may be added to match inventoried items.  Current catalog entries may be cloned or new entries may be created as needed.

Create New-Item Add Screen

1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Add Inventory/Modify Chemical Catalog.
2. Choose the appropriate Module.
3. Click Add from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
4. Search for the correct product using the Search function.
5. If the item is not available in the catalog, click Catalog Add. The Add/Edit Catalog screen will open.
6. Enter the item information.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Return to continue with inventory add. 

Create New-Catalog Screen

1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify Chemical Catalog.
2. Choose the appropriate Module.
3. Click Catalog from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
4. Click Create New.
5. Enter the item information.
6. Click Save.

Clone Tool

The clone function creates a copy of the current catalog record that can be edited and saved as a new catalog record. Use this function to make small changes to a catalog entry such as adding additional sizes.

Cloning-Item Add Screen

1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Add Inventory/Modify Chemical Catalog.
2. Choose the appropriate Module.
3. Click Add from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
4. Search for the correct product using the Search function.
5. Choose an item from the pop-up window by clicking the Green Check Mark . The Item Add screen will open.
6. Click the blue text next to Item being added:, this will open the catalog record.
7. Click the Clone button.
8. Confirm the cloning process in the pop-up window.
9. Make desired changes to catalog record.
10. Click Save.
11. Click Return to continue with inventory add.

Cloning-Catalog Screen

1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify Chemical Catalog.
2. Choose the appropriate Module.
3. Click Catalog from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
4. Click Edit.
5. Search for the correct product using the Search function, Query Tool or Substructure Search. Catalog Search
6. Choose the item to edit from the results by clicking the Pencil icon . This will open the catalog record.
7. Click the Clone button.
8. Confirm the cloning process in the pop-up window.
9. Make desired changes to catalog record.
10. Click Save.
