Catalog Edit

Catalog Edit-Item Add Screen

Catalog entries can be updated to correct or add new information. This function modifies the current catalog record.

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Add Inventory and Modify Chemical Catalog.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Add from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Search for the correct product using the Search function.
  5. Choose the item from the pop-up window by clicking the Green Check Mark .  The Item Add screen will open.
  6. Click the blue text next to Item being added; this will open the catalog record.
  7. Update existing catalog entry.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Return to continue with inventory add.

  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Catalog from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Search for the correct product using the Search function, Query Tool or Substructure Search. Catalog Search
  6. Choose the item to edit from the results by clicking the Pencil icon . This will open the catalog record.
  7. Update existing catalog entry.
  8. Click Save.
