Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a customized view of data to expedite tracking specific items utilizing widgets.
Add Widget
- Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
- Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
- Click Add Widget.
- Click to select desired Widget.
- Click Add Widget.
- Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.
- Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
- Click Save to create widget.
Title Bar Actions/Information
Widgets may be manipulated utilizing icons on or near the Title Bar for each widget.
The color for each Title Bar is determined by the module selected.

To reorder widgets on the screen, click the Grip Icon and drag the widget to a new location.
To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
To expand the widget to full screen, click the Double Arrow Icon.
To view item details in full screen mode, click the Down Arrow. To collapse item details, click the arrow button again.
To refresh widget data, click the Reload Icon.
To edit widget parameters, click the Edit Icon.
To delete the widget, click the Trash Icon.
To view results in the View/Update screen, click Open in View/Update.
To exit the Dashboard, click the Arrow Icon next to My Dashboard to expand the navigation menu.
Click the Arrow Icon to collapse navigation menu.
Available Widgets

| Transferred Items | inventory transferred within a specified time period |
| Disposed Items | inventory disposed within a specified time period |
| List-Based – Added | inventory items with CAS numbers matching the selected list and added within a specified time period |
| List-Based – Currently On Site | inventory items with CAS numbers matching the selected list and currently on site |
| List-Based – Disposed | inventory items with CAS numbers matching the selected list and disposed within a specified time period |
| Waste Containers – In Lab | waste containers currently in lab(s) |
| Waste Containers – Pick Up | waste containers with an active Pick Up Request |
| Hazardous Items | inventory items with CAS numbers matching selected DOT Class hazards |
| Expiring Items | items that are expired or expiring between today and the specified number of days in the future |
