Hazardous Items Widget

The Hazardous Items widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of kilogram sum of hazardous items within a location, including sub-locations. Results may be filtered by DOT class and grouped by location type or control area. Maximum monthly limits of hazardous/acutely hazardous waste generation may be set.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: returns hazardous kilogram sum for the specified location.
   • Group by Location type: returns hazardous kilogram sum grouped by specified location type.
   • Group by Control Area: returns hazardous kilogram sum grouped by specified control area.
   • DOT Class:
     • All: returns hazardous kilogram sums by DOT class present in location.
     • Select specific: returns hazardous kilogram sums by DOT class selected.
     • Include Secondary Class: select to return secondary class divisions to the results.
   • Add Limit: select and specify to add a visualization of the limit to the results grid.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
