List Based Added Widget

The List Based Added widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of items with matching CAS numbers from the selected list that have been added to the system during a specified time period based on the current date. Results may be narrowed by location, department/group, or user.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: returns items added to a location, including sublocations, within a specified time frame.
   • Chemical Owner: returns items added by a user within a specified time frame.
   • Department: returns items added to a department/group within a specified time frame.
   • Include Ingredients: returns items containing matching CAS numbers as a constituent of a mixture added within a specified time frame.
   • Include Expiration Date: includes the expiration date for items in the results grid.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
