List Based Currently On Site Widget

The List Based Currently On Site widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of items with matching CAS numbers from the selected list that are currently on site. Results may be narrowed by location, department/group, or chemical owner.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: returns items, added to a location, including sublocations, that are currently on site.
   • Chemical Owner: returns items, currently on site, that are owned by a specific user.
   • Department: returns items, currently on site, that are owned by a specific department/group.
   • Include Ingredients: returns items, containing matching CAS numbers as a constituent of a mixture, that are currently on site.
   • Include Expiration Date: includes the expiration date for items in the results grid.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
