List Based Disposed Widget

The List Based Disposed widget allows for a quick, real-time overview of items with matching CAS numbers from the selected list that have been disposed within a specified time period. Results may be narrowed by location, department/group, or chemical owner.

Add Widget

1. Log in with a username and password that has been granted access to Manage Dashboard.
2. Click Dashboard from the menu on the left side of the home screen.

3. Click Add Widget.

4. Click to select desired Widget.
5. Click Add Widget.

6. Enter required information, required fields are designated by red asterisks.

7. Optional filters are available to narrow the focus of the displayed data.
   • Location: returns items disposed from a location, including sublocations, within a specified time frame.
   • Chemical Owner: returns items, that were owned by a specific user, that were disposed within a specified time frame.
   • Department: returns items, owned by a specific department/group, that were disposed within a specified time frame.
   • Include Ingredients: returns items containing matching CAS numbers as a constituent of a mixture that were disposed within a specified time frame.
   • Include Expiration Date: includes the expiration date for items in the results grid.
8. Click Save to create widget.

9. To view widget specific parameters, click the Question Mark Icon.
