Location Documents

Location documents may be added to the system to assist with organizational compliance such as area specifications, permits, certifications, maps, and maintenance records. Location document types may be defined to aid in document organization. Location information, including documentation, is shared across modules.

Add Location Document

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click to Highlight the desired location.
  6. Click the Documents tab.
  7. Click the Plus icon next to Add new document.
  8. Enter Document Title and Description, choose Document Type, and Document Date. Manage Location Document Types
  9. Select the file to upload.
  10. Click Upload and Save.

View Location Document

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click to Highlight the desired location.
  6. Click the Documents tab.
  7. Click the Magnifying Glass icon next to the document to be viewed.

Edit Location Document

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click to Highlight the desired location.
  6. Click the Documents tab.
  7. Click the Pencil icon next to the document to be edited.
  8. Modify document information.
  9. Click Update.

Delete Location Document

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click to Highlight the desired location.
  6. Click the Documents tab.
  7. Click the Recycle Bin icon next to the document to be deleted.
  8. Confirm deletion in the pop-up window.
