Manage Control Areas

Control areas may be defined to assist with IBC and IFC compliance.

Add Control Area

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click the Cog icon next to Control Area in the Details tab.
  6. Click the Plus icon next to Add new control area.
  7. Enter Name and Description.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Close Window.

Edit Control Area

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click the Cog icon next to Control Area in the Details tab.
  6. Click the Pencil icon next to the control area to be edited.
  7. Edit Name and/or Description.
  8. Click Update.
  9. Click Close Window.

Delete Control Area

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Modify System Locations.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click Locations from the menu on the left side of the home screen.
  4. Click Manage Locations.
  5. Click the Cog icon next to Control Area in the Details tab.
  6. Click the Recycle Bin icon next to the control area to be deleted.
  7. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
  8. Click Close Window.
