Searching for items within the chemical, biological or general databases using the mobile module can be accomplished using the mobile device camera, a connected Bluetooth scanner or by keying in the item tag number.

1. Using device browser, Navigate to mobile site.
2. Enter a Username and Password that has been granted access to the Mobile Version.
3. Tap the Log In button.
4. Tap to choose the appropriate Module.
5. To search using device Camera.  Tap the Camera icon located within the search bar.
6. If this is the first time using the mobile version to scan, Tap Allow in the pop-up window to grant Vertere access to the device camera.
7. Center the inventory tag in the view window. The camera will auto detect the barcode.
8. To search using a paired Bluetooth barcode reader, scan the barcode according to the device specifications.
9. To search by keying in the inventory tag number, Tap the Search Bar to the right of the camera icon to activate the cursor.  The device keyboard will open.
10. Enter the inventory tag number.
11. Tap the Search icon .
12. On completion of the search, the item will populate on the screen.
13. Repeat search method to populate multiple items.
14. Tap Clear All to reset search.
