Mobile Password Reset

If a user has an email address specified within the system, a password reset can be requested from the mobile site.

  1. Using a device browser, Navigate to mobile site.
  2. Tap the Forgot Password? link.
  3. Enter Username.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.  The user will receive an email containing a Password Reset link.
  6. Click the Password Reset link in the email.  The password reset page will open.
  7. Enter and Confirm new password.
  8. Tap Reset.
  9. Tap OK to confirm password change and return to the log in page.
