Mobile Password Reset
If a user has an email address specified within the system, a password reset can be requested from the mobile site.
- Using a device browser, Navigate to mobile site.
- Tap the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter Username.
- Tap Reset.
- A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen. The user will receive an email containing a Password Reset link.
- Click the Password Reset link in the email. The password reset page will open.
- Enter and Confirm new password.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap OK to confirm password change and return to the log in page.
