The amount contained within an inventory item in the chemical, biological or general modules may be adjusted, consumed and/or refilled using the mobile site.

Refill-Overflow Menu

1. Using device browser, Navigate to mobile site.
2. Enter a Username and Password that has been granted access to the Mobile Version.
3. Tap the Log In button.
4. Tap to choose the appropriate Module. Mobile Log In
5. Search for item(s) to be adjusted. Mobile Item Search
6. To access the Overflow Menu, tap the Three Dot icon to the right of the item name.
7. Tap Adjust Amount. The adjustment page will open.
8. Tap the Refill tab at the top of the screen. The message Refill ##### will be displayed at the top of the screen, where ##### is the item tag number.
9. Tap the Amount Refilled field to place the cursor. Enter the desired amount.
10. To adjust the refill date, tap the Calendar Icon within the date field. A pop-up calendar window will open.
11. Navigate to the desired date. Tap to Select.
12. To enter an optional Comment, tap the comment field to place cursor. Enter text.
13. Tap Save. Confirmation of successful refill will show briefly on the screen.

Refill-Item Information Screen

1. Using device browser, Navigate to mobile site.
2. Enter a Username and Password that has been granted access to the Mobile Version.
3. Tap the Log In button.
4. Tap to choose the appropriate Module. Mobile Log In
5. Search for item(s) to be Adjusted Mobile Item Search
6. To access the Item Information page, tap the shaded area surrounding the item.  The item information page will open.
7. Tap the Adjust button. The adjustment page will open.
8. Tap the Refill tab at the top of the screen. The message Refill ##### will be displayed at the top of the screen, where ##### is the item tag number.
9. Tap the Amount Refilled field to place the cursor. Enter the desired amount.
10. To adjust the refill date, tap the Calendar Icon within the date field. A pop-up calendar window will open.
11. Navigate to the desired date. Tap to Select.
12. To enter an optional Comment, tap the comment field to place cursor. Enter text.
