Waste Label Documents
Custom waste label documents can be created by the Vertere support team for use with the waste management module. Contact Vertere at support@vertere.com for assistance.
Add Waste Label Document
- Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Manage Waste Labels and Manage Waste Containers.
- Choose the appropriate Module.
- Click Waste Management to expand the menu.
- Click Setup to open the sub-menu.
- Click Labels.
- Click the Drop .vwdx file or browse button to search for the label file.

- Select the appropriate .vwdx file.
- Click Open.

Note: Label files may also be uploaded by the “drag and drop” method.
Delete Waste Label Document
- Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Manage Waste Labels and Manage Waste Containers.
- Choose the appropriate Module.
- Click Waste Management to expand the menu.
- Click Setup to open the sub-menu.
- Click Labels.
- Click the trash icon
to delete document.

Edit Waste Label Document
The name and description for waste label documents may be edited.
- Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Manage Waste Labels and Manage Waste Containers.
- Choose the appropriate Module.
- Click Waste Management to expand the menu.
- Click Setup to open the sub-menu.
- Click Labels.
- Click the Edit icon

- Modify the name and/or description.
- Click the check icon
to save. - Click the cancel icon
to exit without saving.

Inactivate/Reactivate Waste Label Document
If a file is not going to be used, but needs to stay within the system, the label document may be inactivated. Inactivated labels are not available for printing.
- Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Manage Waste Labels and Manage Waste Containers.
- Choose the appropriate Module.
- Click Waste Management to expand the menu.
- Click Setup to open the sub-menu.
- Click Labels.
- Toggle the slider button to inactivate/reactivate as needed.
