Consumption/Refill

Consumption/Refill functionality is used to track the movement of product in and/or out of containers to maintain the highest level of accuracy within the inventory. This function must be enabled before it is available. Enable Consumption/Refill

Record Consumption

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Record Consumption.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click View/Update from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Search for the item to record consumption. View/Update-Search
  5. Click the Pencil icon next to the record to update.
  1. Click the Consumption/Refill tab.
  2. Enter the Amount Consumed.
  3. Enter the Date Consumed. (optional)
  4. Enter a Comment. (optional)
  5. Click Save.
  1. The Amount Remaining will reflect the consumption.

Record Refills

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Record Refills.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click View/Update from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Search for the item to record refill. View/Update-Search
  5. Click the Pencil icon next to the record to update.
  1. Click the Consumption/Refill tab.
  2. Enter the Amount Added.
  3. Enter the Refill Cost. (optional)
  4. Enter the Date Refilled. (optional)
  5. Enter a Comment. (optional)
  6. Click Save.
  1. The Amount Remaining will reflect the refill.

View Consumption/Refill History

  1. Log in with a user name and password that has been granted access to Record Consumption and/or Record Refills.
  2. Choose the appropriate Module.
  3. Click View/Update from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Search for the item to view consumption and refill history. View/Update-Search
  5. Click the Pencil icon next to the record to update.
  1. Click the Consumption/Refill tab.
  2. Click Consumption/Refill History.
  1. The Consumption and Refill data are located on different tabs
